Chaldean Chronicles: Cadence of the Lostgrail

Chaldea's base lies on a tiny island in the center of all the other clusters of islands. From here, any of the islands can be accessed with a magecraft fueled boat. Unless they utilize mental resistance, any Servant that enters changes into their Swimsuit Spirit Origin.

Stepping foot onto the Base was Nagato summer edition, only around for a limited time. With some cool shades on as well. He took a deep breath in and exhaled. "I'm so glad to be out of that damn forest! Now it's time to enjoy this break, wonder what everyone else is up to? I should use this time to hang out with them. So... Who's first..." He spoke to himself as he crossed his arms and stared out at Ocean. @Sophie, Mary, Nito, Gorgon, Boud

Poe walked up behind him martini in hand dressed black t-shirt with a blue Hawaiian shirt, grey skinny jeans and a pair of sandals holding two cocktails he has acquired after going to a near by bar "Hello there Nagato, are you alright? You look to be starting off into the unknown dark depths of the ocean." @Thicc|Fie/Ali/Ayu/Miyu/Nag/Mel

"Ah! Poe! I see you've come here as well! Ah... I'm just wondering what I'm gonna do here and who I'm gonna hang out with." He looked at his servant that was here with him. He took notice of the cocktails he had. "So this is the Summer Poe, what rarity would you rate yourself if you were in a game? Also, what's that? Some kind of drink you got here?"

"Rarity wise I would say a three star limited, oh and these are some cocktails I picked up at the bar would you like one?"

"Really? Only a three star? Well I guess it depends on the game we're talking about..." Some games did have three stars as their highest star rarity you could obtain from the gacha. You'd have to level them up to ascend then to higher rarity. "Sure why not, I'll try one."

Poe handed Nagato the red cocktail "I have no idea what types these are!" *Poe said before drinking his blue cocktail." "I place myself normally at three since I lack any defined talent, seasonal alt wise I might say four but that's a low probability to be made character."

He accepts the red Cocktail and nods his head. "That's fair I guess, what would you rate me? I personally think four star is probably what I would be." He watched Poe drink some of the blue cocktail before looking at the red one he had. "So we're going into this blind huh?" He proceed to start drinking the red cocktail.

"Four star year one with a time skip limited five star version." Ed took another sip "Yes I don't actually drink that much contrary to popular myth."

"You think so? I don't think I would make it to the five-star category but thanks." Nagato took another sip of his cocktail. It wasn't bad so he would continue drinking it. "Really? Well, I haven't been drinking until a man in a singularity challenged me to a drinking contest. Then I met someone who I drank with once, they would kill me if they ever saw me again."

"What did you do Master" Poe said as a sat down and opened his book as he drank

"It's not that big of a deal, plus I think I could take her on as I am now but if you really want to know it's because I'm human now and that would piss her off. Ibaraki was a weird one but fun." He took a seat next to Poe and start to relax. A cocktail in hand while sitting back and watching the waves, he was enjoying this.

"I see I am sorry to hear that the would be the case but I am sure it would be fine eventually." Poe said as he sipped his drink happy to see his master was having fun

"Nah it's fine, plus I'm probably exaggerating what Ibaraki would do." He took another Sip of his drink. "Man, nice to relax after having to deal with that forest. Hey poe, what are you reading by the way?"

“Oh I was reading my final work, I never got around to finishing it before I passed.”

"Oh? So that's your final work huh...? Are you happy with it? Like the way it was turning out? I know next to nothing about writing stuff, all I know is hit things very hard." He questioned before making a small joke about himself.

"I don't really know if I can have an opinion on it since I had barely begun writing it's four paragraph's title, it was a story made up of journal entries I had only written three days with the fourth being forever blank."Poe let out a small chuckle "I suppose its now a bit Ironic with the now blank fourth entry now implying the narrator's death due to my own."

"How long was it supposed to be? You said it was a story made up of Journal entries and you had completed day three. Hey, maybe you could complete it now if you want to or even write one about your time at Chaldea! Of course, you can't really sell them cause uh... You know..."

“Oh no the entries were done the pov of the narrator…but I don’t see why I can’t give that idea a try master.”

After over a dozen Challenge Quests, the Mastermind behind them finally decides to leave her screen and greet Chaldea in person.

"As a reward for trying so hard and winning all those challenges, you'll get some answers from me and my assistance as a bonus on top! Talk about a steal!"

"I guess we should feel honored?" said Ciel in a slightly defeated tone. She felt that there was now going to be more trouble but hopefully this would be the end of it all. She would then look around to see who else got caught up in this mess.

Cu simply grinned after hearing BB talked. So far, it has been quite a fun challenge to hone his warrior body. "Ahahaha, I'm looking forward to it. You made quite the show." Cu said, in a relaxing but excited tone

Of course the entire gang including Napoleon, Caren, Ereshkigal, Marie Alter, Scathach Lily and Medb are there too.

Veronica's smiling as well. A lot of past regrets have been addressed here, this Summer has lifted her Spirits a lot. "It's been fun."

"If there's one thing I regret, it's that I didn't get to participate in Lizzies competition show. Running through fire and taste testing alcoholic drinks!? Now that's what I call a Napoleon holiday."

I guess Liz is here too but honestly I really have no clue what the hell happened in those Challenge Quests Andle ran so if those guys were chilling as swimsuit Servants afterwards they're here and if not then not

“Well I do agree the time spent here was most exquisite, it was a pretty warm welcome and introduction to Chaldea I must say although I do morn it’s end, barely able to do anything although it was an experience nonetheless” the new master would add as they would look at this place and contemplate what’s left in stock from this organisation

"Anyways, let's get to the point. I said that the winner would get the Holy Grail and you've managed to successfully beat every challenge that came before this. There's only one competitor left to beat now. Actually, there's two, but the other one is a bonus stage, so this really is the grand finale!"

Ciel would stretch her arms and take a moment to look at everyone here. Their were a few new faces. She was about to make her way to Napoleon and introduce herself but was cut off by BB before she could do so. "One final challenge and a bonus stage? You make it sound like we are in a video game." said Ciel in a bit of a curious tone. Though the prize of a holy grail would make everything here worth it.

"If there's more challenges then.. We'll rise up to beat them too! Right?" Honestly, she's pretty pumped.

"Well yeah, that's the entire theme of this thing. I mean, every challenge you've fought has been a literal video game. It can't get more obvious than that."

"Is it an eating competition?"

"If it's a curry eating competition, I will gladily accept it!" said Ciel in a far more expressive voice.

Cu got a chill on his spine when he realised that...... His mentor and Medb are here! It's another Celtic day, isn't it? "Another challenge!? Well, my arms haven't worn out yet so brings it on."

"I'm assuming we're here to kill someone," Francis seemed to apparate from thin air despite not being in spirit form, "That's all we seem to be good at."

"But I'm backing you up, so it'll be fine. My job as a nurse has been put aside when I donned this swimsuit, but I still have a whole lot of special medicine prepared. Obviously, I get to choose the way it's administered."

"So we aren't going to be eating curry?" said Ciel in a defeated tone as she would let her arms flop and lower her head in a sign of defeat.

"Cute is a big word, but I think it's great we have a diversity of opinions!" Napoleon says and enthusiastically slaps Francis on his back.

"No, that one's all me. I was given a Holy Grail by Solomon quite a while ago. Or more like, I asked him for one and told him I'd cause a whole lot of chaos with it. I decided to coast through the other Singularities before I really got started on my own though. After all, if I hadn't done that, I wouldn't have my personal, favorite guinea pig around now, would I?"

"Okay that makes sense."

"Being puppets of a greater power that cares not for the cost of their actions once more... Very well." Francis nodded, "Point us in the direction of what needs to be done. Our orders, if you will."

"Thrym is in a deep chasm north of Germania Island. Ugh, she's so dramatic. Siegfried and Kriemhild have been there fighting this whole time, but obviously they're helpless without Chaldea. There's no way I would have even given any of these guys the chance to win if they didn't team up with you."

"That.. really upsets me for some reason."

"It's an arranged encounter huh? Not sure if I should take pride in or not."

"I'll mark the route down for you, but it looks like all of us are going anyways, so.." BB promptly summons a motorboat.

"Right, north of Germania in a chasm.. Right! Okay, I think I'm ready." She's got her dragon by her side now, after all. ...Though she doesn't think it'll fit in the boat.

Hermes gave the whole situation a good long, hard, stare… a few moments passed, before he simply threw his hands up in the air and got within the motorboat.

"I see 0 problems with this" Lucius got in the boat

"We are to be reinforcements to a beleaguered force in enemy territory. Difficult, but it will be done." He quickly counted the number of bullets in his Thompson Automatic while setting a backpack with a yellow radiation mark on its side.

"Just in case," he explained at the backpack.

Ciel would nod her head and also get in the boat as well. She would pull out some curry from her bag and start eating it.

Seeing the rather conspicuous backpack, Hermes scooted just a tiny bittt to the left away from Peggy.

Cu jumped onto the boat with a refreshing attitude

"Also if you intend to bear children in the future I would advise not getting too close," As peggy picked it up and set it over his lap.
